KRS AND CO., was established by Mr. Ketan Ravindra Shirwadkar as a sole proprietorshipfirm.

Mr. Ketan Ravindra Shirwadkar has a rich experience of over 10 years. In early years ofhis professional career, he was employed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officerwith a BSE Listed Company for a period of 18 months. With a passion for work and skilldiversification which CS as a profession offers made him set his foot in to the world ofPracticing Company Secretary in the year 2015. Over the years he has gained rich expertise inhandling Listed Company Compliances under Equity as a well Debt Listed Category, FEMACompliances, Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and NCLT matters.
